server.mxrouting.net. You can also find it in your DirectAdmin control panel.Adding Your Account in Outlook
- Open Outlook and go to File > Add Account.
- Enter your email address and click Connect.
- When Outlook asks to configure automatically, click IMAP instead.
- Enter the incoming server hostname and port 993 with SSL/TLS.
- Enter the outgoing server hostname and port 587 with STARTTLS.
- Enter your password and click Connect.
- Outlook will verify the settings and finish setup.
If Outlook tries to auto-configure and fails, use Manual setup to enter the IMAP and SMTP settings directly.
Troubleshooting
- If login fails, double-check that you are using your full email address as the username.
- Make sure your password is correct - you can reset it in DirectAdmin under E-Mail Accounts.
- If you see SSL errors, confirm the server hostname is correct and try port 465 for SMTP with SSL/TLS.
- See the SMTP Sending Issues guide if you can receive but not send.
