Your Responsibility
Managing your PayPal subscription is your responsibility. If you cancel your OnePoundEmail service through your client area but do not cancel the PayPal subscription, payments will continue to be taken by PayPal.
Always cancel your PayPal subscription in addition to cancelling your service through your OnePoundEmail account. Cancelling one does not automatically cancel the other.
How to Cancel a PayPal Subscription
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click the Settings icon (top right).
- Go to Payments, then Manage automatic payments.
- Find the OnePoundEmail subscription and click on it.
- Click Cancel and confirm.
Overpayments
If payments are made for a service you are no longer using, we will credit the amount to your OnePoundEmail account balance. Please note:
- Any applicable fees will be deducted from the credited amount.
- Withdrawal of credit back to your PayPal account may be possible at our discretion and may include an administrative fee.
