Accessing Webmail

Webmail lets you read, send, and manage your emails directly in a browser with no setup required. OnePoundEmail accounts use Roundcube webmail, accessible from any device.

How to Access Webmail

  1. Go to webmail.mxroute.com in your browser.
  2. Enter your full email address as the username (e.g. you@yourdomain.com).
  3. Enter your email account password.
  4. Click Login.
Your webmail password is the same as your email account password. If you have not set one yet, you can do so in DirectAdmin under E-Mail Accounts.

Using Roundcube

Roundcube is the webmail client used by OnePoundEmail. Once logged in you can:

  • Read and compose emails.
  • Organise your inbox with folders.
  • Search through your email history.
  • Manage contacts and set up signatures.
  • Configure vacation auto-replies.

Tips

  • Webmail works on any device - desktop, tablet, or phone.
  • Emails viewed or deleted in webmail are reflected in your email client if you use IMAP.
  • If you use POP3 in an email client, emails downloaded by that client may not appear in webmail.
  • Bookmark webmail.mxroute.com for quick access.
Webmail is a great fallback if you are away from your usual device or your email client is having trouble connecting.
