Upgrading Your Plan
- You will be billed pro-rata, meaning you only pay the difference in price for the remaining time in your current billing cycle.
- Your billing cycle stays the same and the upgrade takes effect immediately.
- Upgrading gives you more storage and any additional features included in the higher plan.
Downgrading Your Plan
- You will receive a credit for the price difference, added to your account balance for future invoices.
- The new lower plan starts on your usual billing date.
- Make sure your current mailbox usage fits within the storage limit of the new plan before downgrading.
How to Upgrade or Downgrade
- Log in to your account at my.onepoundemail.co.uk.
- Go to Services and click on your active email hosting plan.
- Click Upgrade/Downgrade.
- Select your desired plan and confirm the change.
You can also change your billing cycle and pre-pay for a custom period if you prefer. Contact support if you need help with this.
